Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Toast the everything bagel halves in a toaster or oven at a high setting for 3–4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Spread a generous layer of chive and onion cream cheese over the bottom half of the toasted bagel.
  3. On a cutting board, layer the crispy bacon, romaine lettuce, and diced tomato. Season with kosher salt and black pepper, and chop the mixture until well blended.
  4. Incorporate diced avocado into the mixture, chopping it a few more times to keep some chunky pieces.
  5. Mound the filling on top of the cream cheese layer on the bottom half of the bagel, then place the top half of the bagel gently on top.
  6. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture, optionally pairing it with fresh fruit or a salad.
