Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Warm the buffalo sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
  5. Coat the baked chicken in the warmed buffalo sauce.
  6. In serving bowls, layer cooked rice, buffalo chicken, corn, black beans, cheese, and green onions.
