  1. Cut mozzarella cheese into 1-inch cubes and preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking.
  2. Crumble cooked bacon into small pieces and wrap each mozzarella cube completely with bacon.
  3. Mix ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and half the buffalo sauce in a bowl.
  4. Flatten a handful of chicken mixture, place a bacon-wrapped mozzarella cube in the center, and roll into a ball.
