Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry into a large square about ¼ inch thick, then cut into 8–10 triangle segments.
  3. Arrange the pastry triangles in a circular pattern on the baking sheet with the points facing outward.
  4. Layer slices of Brie cheese in the center, then spoon cranberry sauce on top.
  5. Fold tips of pastry triangles over filling and tuck underneath to form a wreath shape.
  6. Whisk the egg and brush it over the wreath's surface for a golden finish.
  7. Sprinkle chopped rosemary over the egg wash on the wreath.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and puffy, keeping an eye on it.
  9. Let the wreath cool slightly before serving warm.
