- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup of rinsed glutinous rice with 4 cups of water. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Continue cooking the rice at a boil for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until the rice absorbs the water and becomes tender.
- Lower the heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of ube flavoring, 1 cup of coconut cream, and 1 cup of evaporated milk. Stir for about 5 minutes until everything is well incorporated.
- Add ½ cup of condensed milk, ¼ cup of brown sugar, and a pinch of salt, stirring continuously for another 6 minutes. Ladle the warm Ube Champorado into serving bowls.
