  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) For marinade and flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil For marinade
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil Vegetable or peanut oil

Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the beef into thin strips against the grain, and chop your chosen vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate the Beef: Combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the Pan: Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add cooking oil and allow it to shimmer.
  4. Cook the Beef: Add the marinated beef in a single layer. Cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes, then stir-fry for another 2 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Stir-Fry the Vegetables: Add more oil if needed, then stir-fry the vegetables for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Combine Everything: Return the beef to the skillet, pour in extra soy sauce, and mix well for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve Hot: Serve the Beef Stir Fry hot, garnished with sliced green onions or sesame seeds.
