Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 1 pound Salmon substitutes: halibut or trout
  • ¾ cup Bread Crumbs using panko for extra crispiness
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise can substitute half with Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Chili Sauce Sriracha for more spice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey maple syrup as a vegan alternative
For the Salad
  • 1 medium Cucumber substitute with shredded cabbage if needed
  • 1 medium Avocado omit if out of season
  • 1 cup Edamame Beans fresh or canned varieties

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, and honey. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  2. Cut the salmon into uniform 1-inch cubes and coat with bread crumbs.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F). Cook the salmon cubes for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. For pan-frying, heat oil in a skillet, cook salmon until golden for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. For oven baking, preheat to 200°C (400°F) and bake the salmon on a lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Chop cucumber and dice avocado, combine with edamame, and season with lime juice and salt.
  7. Drizzle the remaining sauce over salmon cubes and serve with the salad.
