Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare the baking sheet.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for about 10 minutes.
  4. Season the salmon with ground black pepper and salt on both sides.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until flaky.
  6. Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan, then add minced garlic and sauté.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle boil, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  8. Stir in additional lemon juice, parsley, and adjust seasoning to taste.
  9. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve the salmon drizzled with the sauce and garnish with lemon slices.
