  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Always go for fresh minced garlic.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or Half and Half Consider coconut cream or cashew cream for a lighter version.
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Finely chopped; can switch to chives or dill.
  • 1 slices Lemon Slices Pineapple or cucumber slices can be alternatives.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and position the oven rack in the center.
  2. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until blended.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a skillet and pour marinade over. Sprinkle with pepper and salt, rub into salmon, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Bake salmon for 10-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle boil, stirring for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  7. Stir in lemon juice and parsley, seasoning to taste.
  8. Plate the salmon and drizzle cream sauce on top, garnishing with lemon slices. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
