Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil.
  2. Place your salmon fillet onto the lined baking sheet and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange pineapple slices underneath and around the salmon on the baking sheet.
  4. Whisk together the sweet chili sauce, melted butter, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, and reserved pineapple juice.
  5. Pour the sauce over the salmon and pineapple, then bake for about 15 minutes. Broil for an additional 5 minutes as desired.
  6. Allow the dish to rest briefly, then garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime slices.
