Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, and thyme until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry. Place them in a baking dish and pour the marinade evenly over the fish. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Once marinating is complete, place the baking dish in the oven uncovered. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until flaky and golden.
