- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Slice each mini croissant in half horizontally and layer the bottom halves with cheese and ham.
- Mix together softened butter, mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth and spread on the inside of each croissant sandwich.
- Place the assembled croissant sandwiches into the greased baking dish.
- Whisk an egg white with a splash of water and brush the tops of each croissant with this egg wash.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds on top and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
