  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar, parmesan, eggs, and flour. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture, blending thoroughly.
  5. Take small portions of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, optionally broiling for the last 1-2 minutes for extra crunch.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving warm with marinara or ranch dip.
