  2. Add all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a shaggy dough forms. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Knead the dough for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Shape the dough into a ball, place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1–2 hours until doubled in size.
  5. Melt butter and sauté diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon for 5–7 minutes. Let cool.
